Indicative Commission Structure
In accordance with SEBI circulars and AMFI guidelines, the indicative range of trail commission received by Chitale FinServ across various mutual fund scheme categories is presented below:

- Scheme Level Commission: Details of Scheme-level commission on Mutual Funds are available with the Principal Advisor / Relationship Managers and will be produced on demand.
- Best Effort Basis: The commission rates displayed above are on a best-effort basis and are updated periodically as and when actual commission structures are revised by the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
- Distributor Status: Chitale FinServ is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 368325, Validity: 20-AUG-2026 to 01-JUL-2027) and not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). We receive remuneration / trailing commission from AMCs for distributing mutual fund products. We do not charge separate advisory fees from clients for mutual fund execution services.
- Direct Plan Option: Investors have the option to invest in Direct Plans of Mutual Fund schemes, which feature lower expense ratios without distributor commissions.
